Overview
Direct Chat - Simple AI Chat is designed to provide quick AI answers while collecting as little information as possible. Direct Chat AI does not collect personal data, does not use advertising, does not use analytics, and does not require users to create an account.
Information We Do Not Collect
Direct Chat AI does not collect names, email addresses, account information, contacts, location data, advertising identifiers, analytics data, or payment information.
Messages, Images, and Files
When you ask a question or attach an image or file, that content is sent through a Cloudflare backend so the app can securely connect to Google Gemini and generate a response. Direct Chat AI uses this content only to provide the requested response.
Conversations are not saved in the app unless you choose to export them. Messages remain available during the current app session and are deleted when the app exits unless exported by the user.
Third-Party Services
Direct Chat uses Cloudflare backend services and Google Gemini to provide AI responses. These services may process request data as necessary to operate the app and return responses.
Analytics, Ads, and Tracking
Direct Chat does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Crash Reporting
Direct Chat does not currently use production crash reporting. Crash reporting has only been used during local testing.
Children's Privacy
Direct Chat does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Selling
Direct Chat AI does not sell user data.
